How Can You Become a Sponsor?

DEAF BAPTIST FELLOWSHIP OF AMERICA are looking for sponsors to help with the hospitality room, coffee break stands; exhibit booths; three lunches; banquet facilities; five buses or vans; banner; and program book.  Each day, we will change sponsor’s information unless the same sponsor pays for the whole week.

DEAF BAPTIST FELLOWSHIP OF AMERICA will have the sponsors’ logos or images printed in the brochure, program booklet, banner, and PowerPoint slide presentations.  We will have “Thanks to sponsor for” signage on the coffee break tables, banquet, on bus, shuttle van, and other things.  There will be letters of appreciation sent to our sponsors thanking them for their sponsorship; and also press releases will be given to the media in the area where the DBFA is held.

DEAF BAPTIST FELLOWSHIP OF AMERICA will make people aware of the sponsors; by using PowerPoint slide presentations with sponsor’s information before and after meetings.  We will hang a banner with sponsors’ logo and URL address (web address); and print brochures, program booklets and signs.  We will thank the sponsors for participating.  We will have seven levels of sponsors:

     Up to $49.99 is for Event sponsor.

     $50.00 up to $99.99 is for Premium Event sponsor.

     $100.00 up to $499.99 is for Bronze level sponsor.

     $500.00 up to $999.99 is for Silver level sponsor.

     $1,000.00 up to $4,999.99 is for Gold level sponsor.

     $5,000.00 up to $9,999.99 is for Platinum level sponsor.

     Above $10,000.00 level is for Diamond level sponsor.

     Each additional $10,000.00 will have another diamond (for example, $40,000.00 would have 4 diamonds); we will use jewel diamond image instead of what you see on this paper.

When you donate funds to a specific category such as Coffee Break, Bus, etc., we will make sure that we will include those in our areas.  Benefit details for each level are on another sheet of paper and on the web as shown below.

Everyone has an opportunity to participate as well as getting benefits by using tax write offs on donations for goods and services.  We will send you a statement of contribution for your IRS tax record from the DBFA.  DBFA is the host.  DBFA is providing the meeting facilities.  The sleeping facilities, banquet facilities, and attractions will be located within 25 miles radius of the area where the DBFA is held.  We are looking for exhibit materials for tradeshows.  We are looking for sponsors to print banners, program book, and brochures.  We are also looking for sponsors to pay for the mailing costs of the DBFA brochure.  We will charge delegates under $100.00 per person registration fee unless we have sponsors to keep the cost lower.
