Deaf Baptist Fellowship of America is not accepting any transportation reservations. Please make your own reservations. The following transportation suppliers are few miles radius of the fellowship. Rates are subject to change or availability. Please do not try to use transportation suppliers outside of the fellowship due to heavy traffic jams.

When booking a group of 10 or more passengers on the same itinerary, airlines require an agent to call and obtain specific rates for the desired itinerary (group travel cannot be booked on-line).

Discount Airfares
Airlines typically provide discounts of 5-10% off of lowest published fares for leisure groups of 10 or more, even if you are not traveling together. For association or company meetings, domestic zone-fare discounts range from 40% to 70% off full, unrestricted coach rates, and do not require a Saturday-night stay.
Limited Down Payment
Depending on the specific airline booked, a limited down payment (10-20%) is usually required to hold the group reservations. Full payment is not required until just prior to the departure date -- usually 30 days before departure. In most instances, the down payment is refundable if the trip is cancelled prior to 30 days before departure. Refer to specific airline rules.
Name Changes Permitted
Because groups require more flexibility, airlines usually permit free name changes prior to the departure date. This can be a significant advantage for any group.
Free Tickets
As a further incentive for the group, some airlines provide free tickets depending on the number of travelers and the destination. Refer to specific airline offers.

We currently have 19 hourly trips daily to Atlanta Hartsfield Airport and 19 trips daily to Nashville International Airport. Office, waiting area, and free parking at 5712 Ringgold Rd. (one mile north of I-75). Ringgold, Georgia is between Chattanooga, Tennessee and Dalton, Georgia.
